So I’ve begun a 30-day fitness challenge, because what the heck, right? It is supposed to make me more healthy, or develop healthy habits, so I’m all for that. BUT. I’m kind of head strong, so I’ve decided to not only do this challenge, but a second one, and a Couch-to-5k running challenge. Go me… Why was this a good idea again? Challenge one is a Full Body Fitness Challenge, and challenge two is an Abs Challenge. So 3 days a week I run 2.2km (in 20 mins… yeah, I’m that bad) for the Couch-to-5k, and then I do 2 mins worth of exercises for both the Full Body and Abs challenges every day. Well, it is day 3 (No, I didn’t start on the 1st of the month). I’m going to continue and let you all know how it turns out, but thus far, my legs have been jello every day and my lower abs are torn from attempting to plank for 10 seconds. Actually torn, I’m sure of it. And it is only day 3… Shoot me now.
